Throughout a 15-year career, Rudy has brought his passion for strategy and design to everything he has created. He has built an inspiring portfolio that spans a wide range of Canadian industry leaders, supporting brands such as Almay, Aveda, Fred Perry, Bloor-Yorkville, Hbc, LCBO, Mitchum, Revlon and Vespa.

It was the next natural step then for this creative visionary to launch BIGMUCH, a boutique creative agency that provides design and marketing solutions for those in the fashion, beauty and lifestyle industries. Rudy’s experience as Creative Director at Aveda Canada, a division of Estée Lauder grounded and grew his unique understanding of the trends and culture of beauty. Strategic thinking, intelligent design and respect for the user experience come together beautifully in Rudy’s work. This guy’s guy is not afraid to own up to being fascinated with and inspired by fashion and beauty – which is why it’s not just work, it’s his calling.

Aaron has proven leadership skills in fast paced and complex work environments across a variety of industries. Known for bringing excellent problem solving skills to branding, strategic and financial issues that face small to large businesses, he can help you all the way from course correction to full scale competitive launch pad initiatives.

Aaron’s passion for fashion stems from the shoes on his feet, he has managed client relations for large-scale global footwear and fashion firms such as Nike, Reebok, and Adidas, as well as European footwear and fashion firms such as Geox, Noel, and Primigi. In addition, Aaron has consulted on strategic development and planning for firms ranging from $100 K to over $1.3 B in revenue. No stranger to solving complex business issues, he has proven time and again his ability to develop and implement solutions that are impactful by both their logic and simplicity. Bringing a solid analytical background with both an MBA and a CMA, tempered by a genuine happiness in helping others succeed, he can help your business go from great to amazing.

She’s a born leader, who has a gift for harnessing people’s strengths and synthesizing a group’s abilities to deliver amazing results. A philanthropic person, she seeks to always provide clients with the highest quality service they deserve.

With her extensive background in adult education, marketing, and promotion, Lara focuses on client education and sales management. She is ambitious to further clients’ visibility and grow their clientele organically, on a global scale. Successful sales experience and natural leadership abilities have provided her with the business knowledge, connections and entrepreneurial skills to work with clients in defining their fashion advertising solutions. She makes it all happen!
